Interior & Exterior Designers Alias Studio Full Time Job Munich Germany

Duties and responsibilities

• Develops and refines Interior or Exterior design concepts through sketches, 3D modeling, and prototypes.
• Leads design reviews, providing creative and strategic input to enhance design direction.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Ensures design feasibility by integrating technical, regulatory, and production constraints.
• Mentors junior designers and contributes to the professional development of the design team.

Requirements

Education/Experience

• Bachelor degree or above, in industrial or transportation design.
• Express a high level of creativity through sketching, digital sketching, and final digital rendering.
• Possess a solid theoretical foundation of interior car design from sketch to production, to be able to lead a design from first sketch until final tooling release.

Knowledge

• Proficiency in using sketch and rendering software as well as general knowledge of modelling software.
• Proficient English communication and writing skills, excellent team coordination and communication skills.
