As a production technician, you work in a team within a value stream or project where your mission is, Together with your team, make sure they deliver at the right quality, the right cost, and at the right time. You work daily to ensure product quality and delivery and more long-term with carry out planned improvement assignments. You coordinate activities linked to production preparation, tool manufacturing, tool design, method engineering, etc.  The focus is on the development of products in additive manufacturing where we strive for zero defects, which is achieved through a mindset with a 100% focus on quality and with the help of quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC and Problem Solving.  Strong teams are fundamental to achieving set goals, whereupon you within the team contribute both with your competence, curiosity and team spirit to create a working climate with a winning culture.  You have a close dialogue with operators and other engineers and technicians in the daily work, and participates in dialogue with customers regarding production technical issues.  You participate in technology development and industrialize new methods, processes and ways of working in order to meet strategies in the area and on the product.

Other relevant information

We are looking for a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. You have your own drive and willingness to learn new things, both in working methods and technologies. You enjoy working in a team, are fearless and self-motivated. You don't give up until you get an answer or find a solution. It is desirable that you are fact-oriented and have an analytical ability to make logical reasoning and base decisions on facts. The job requires good knowledge of both Swedish and English and therefore we see it as a requirement. It is an advantage if you have worked in early phases of production and have knowledge of FAI and frozen processes. In addition, it is positive if you have knowledge in welding, additive manufacturing, fabrications, non-destructive testing, surface improvement processes and/or control methods. Knowledge of quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC and FAI Problem solving are also meritorious
