3D Coordinator
We're looking for a 3D Coordinator to join the 3D Models team in Marketing & Communication. The purpose of our job is to secure the production and delivery of 3D models and real time 3D models. It is to support communication that inspire and engages the end-consumer, enhances and communicates with high impact and at the lowest cost. Now we are looking for another like-minded colleague, a true organizer, technical mind and doer - a person who wants to understand the everyday problems in people's lives and contribute to communication to help solve them.
As a 3D Coordinator you plan, coordinate, analyse and challenge constantly the right balance between quality, time and cost during the daily production work and in alignment with assignment requirements. You're responsible for relations to stakeholders both in assignor end and suppliers. This includes responsibility of all administrative tasks related to ordering, purchasing and the administering of resources/inventory, including the 3D model archive and the update of key performance indicators.
Qualifications
You have true interest in 3D and a practical problem-solving leader with ability to plan, network and take care of stakeholder expectations in the process. You're driven by always finding the best possible work flow and proud of your high level of quality consciousness. While we strive to plan our work load well, you still need to be comfortable leading others in managing peaks of workload, in a calm and structured way.
What you need:- Education or experience within product and 3D development, 3D technique, visualisation or equivalent.
- Extensive experience working with 3D software, such as 3D Studio Max, Maya and CAD.
- Knowledge in 3D modelling, texturing and rendering.
- Experience with Adobe CS and MS Office programs.
- Experience in planning, coordination and administration of projects of different scopes and complexities, happening in parallel.
- Experience reading technical documentation.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
