Assignment Description and Requirements
We are looking to strengthen a client's organization with 1-2 contract managers. Minimum Requirements: x Minimum of 5 years relevant experience x BSc or MSc degree in relevant field x Preferably knowledge in General Conditions of Contract for Building, Civil Engineering Works, Building Services, as well as for electrical/mechanical equipment and installations e.g AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09 x Local awareness and knowledge about Swedish (Scandinavian) procurement procedures. Experience from Swedish construction or industrial sites is preferred x Relevant education or equivalent work experience x Other qualifications can be considered and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis x General contract administration with experience in standard forms of contract About the role: x Responsible for establishing and standardizing contracts with appendices and other templates relevant for procurement x Responsible for negotiating and administrating change orders x Act as the main connection between Procurement and Project controls x Administer contracts towards final acceptance and final accounts x Responsible for setting routines connected to administrating contracts x Drafting contractual letters

The roles are long term, with an initial 12-month contract, and an option to extend at the client's discretion. x The roles are site-based roles, in Skellefteå x Rotation is not preferred x Rates are to be all inclusive, and shall include costs such as accommodation, mobile phone (not provided by the client), flights, work permit applications, local car hire/transport to and from site, PPE, x ID06 registration, and similar costs (the rate they pay is the rate they pay, no extras) x Income tax and other statutory compliance is mandatory
