Job Description:
As Senior User Researcher your main responsibilities will be to:
- Support the work with understanding and defining Impact Map wow for definition and confirmation of Consumer Value
- Conduct and lead user research and test activities within our co-development fleet (mainly our company cars) and use a variety of qualitative and a subset of quantitative methods to validate our products and services.
- Communicate and visualize user needs and behaviors and facilitate collaboration activities.
- Present the results in an easily accessible/understandable way.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business decisions.
Job requirements:
- User researcher with minimum 5 years of experience from any of the following areas:
- You have documented experience from working with Impact maps.
- You have experience from doing exploratory user research.
- You have experience from automotive industry or similar industries
- It Is natural for you to meet and create trust with consumers from your previous work with user research. To fully understand the real-world usage of our product, we see that you have a driver license (B). You also need to be fluent in English.
On a personal level, you are an easy going and open-minded team player with strong verbal and communication skills. You have a passion for our consumer and for analyzing human behaviors, and one of your drivers is to identify insights and to use these to generate consumer value and subsequently increase their satisfaction.
