- Description
- We are looking for Catia V5 Design Engineer Doors Closures to work in Gothenburg, Sweden.
- 12+ months contract, ongoing needs
- Full relocation to Sweden.
- 5+ years of experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Initial concept, to design & release of prototype level components and systems that represent future production vehicles. Assessment of mass, cost, manufacturing feasibility, function, etc.
- Work with the Design Studio and Vehicle engineering team to resolve feasibility issues
- Develop parametric design concepts and production designs in CATIA V5/V6
- Optimize the concepts and designs with analytical and physical assessments
REQUIREMENTS- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial design and engineering experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience designing automotive interior trim
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 using parametric elements and knowledge-based engineering tools
