Requirements;

Our customer within the field of energy is currently in an exciting and expansive phase and requests a skilled and experienced QHSE manager who can lead a team of HSE specialists, including one direct reporting resource, and thereby contribute to the aim of improving the performance within the field of Health, Safety and Environment The assignment includes, amongst others, tasks such as: • Promoting and ensuring an exemplary health and safety culture • Focusing and follow up on environment and sustainability matters • Supporting the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge to offer solutions and advice • Ensuring that effective risk management is a crucial and integral part in all vital steps of the customer’s processes • Spreading knowledge based on lessons learned and best practice across the organization • Reporting on HSE performance and progress on implementation of sustainability objectives and key performance indicators

Other relevant information

This role calls for someone who can balance between leadership qualities and subject matter expertise. It is important to know how to plan and prioritize, as well as being a skilled communicator. Working remote is possible 1-2 days a week, but the assignment requires mainly on-site presence
